No support needed I recommend 100% infill. Makes it feel better when you place your phone on it. Also, if you intend to use this for the iPad, 100% infill will make it sturdier. Better yet, replace infill by adding more perimeters; easier on the printer (shakes less), and prints faster. At 80mm/s interior perimeter speed and 45mm/s outer perimeter speed, it took me 4hrs to print.
