Measuring Tape Spool

I remixed this model from a "print-in-place" model remixed by @ktgl. I had difficulty with the PIP clearances on my printer so I recreated the concept in TinkerCad as a 2-part print with a center snap-pin. I also upscaled the diameter slightly as the 10 ft tape I have would not quite fit in the original shell.
