Herb Pot -------- Many supermarkets sell fresh herbs with their root ball still in the soil. At least where I live, it’s become very common. I actually prefer buying herbs this way because there’s no need to keep them in the refrigerator or place them in a glass of water. Just set them on a windowsill, and they’ll stay fresh for much longer. Until now, I used whatever container happened to be available—jars, cups, plastic containers, or anything else that fit.
