DoD 4 CAC Badge Holder with reinforced connector

The original design is excellent. However, the thin bar across the top that connects to the clip isn't strong enough as it broke on me twice. I added a donut connector and a rectangle slap below it to provide more strength at the connection. I left the bar in the center for stability.
